  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time (typically 5-7 business days).

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

  • We offer standard and express shipping options.

  • Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Domestic (within [Country]): 4-7 business days

    • International: 10-21 business days (depending on location)

  • Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances (holidays, customs delays, etc.).

3. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to India.

  • If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us to inquire about shipping options.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

  • You can track your order using the link provided in the email.

5. Customs & Duties (International Orders)

  • International customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

6. Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it at the buyer’s expense.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

  • We are not responsible for lost packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At FusionCraft we take great pride in crafting high-quality handmade jewelry. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a 10-day return policy to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery.

  • The jewelry must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Custom-made or personalized pieces are not eligible for returns.

  • Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at shopfusioncraft@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

  3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided.

  4. After inspection, we will process a refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receiving the item.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

  • If the item is damaged or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a full refund or replacement.

Damaged or Defective Items
